TWEED FARM - conversion of byre to stabling - no objections.
Mr A Merrick, County Councillor arrived.

HALECOMBE QUARRY FOOTPATH - a letter had been received from SCC
responding to the PC's letter of objection. It was agreed to
write asking: 1) What assurances could be given that a linking FP
would be legally acceptable? 2) Why weren't said link shown?
3) Why was path at base of bank? 4) Additional access points
agreed verbally were not included? 5) Clarification of "to a

reasonableness of the PC's objections. (CLERK)

ASPHALT PLANT AT HALECOMBE - a discussion took place in light of
the fact that the County had not honoured their consultation
promise made to this PC and the fact that there was a 2 minute
Member of the Public slot at Planning Meetings.
