2)Spoil Heap: Rest of Heap to be dismantled.

6)Water heater: This is now kaput. It was decided to replace with a new one and Frank and Dags had offered to do this. Need to find out if propane gas boilers need a Corgi installer before proceeding. JR had provided Asbestos Register. Holes above ceiling tiles should be sealed.
