HARVEST SERVICE at 11am, St Giles Church. All welcome

HARVEST SUPPER & AUCTION (Memorial Hall) 7:00pm, bar from 6:30 A two-course supper followed by the entertaining harvest auction (who remembers the carrier bag that once made £30? or the giant jars of pickled onions!) Tickets £7.50 from Margaret (01373 8129220) or Caroline (07974 025608). Poster.
Donations of produce for the Auction very welcome – to the church on Fri (3rdOct)/Sat/Sun morning or to the hall after 4pm on Sunday.

LEIGH LUNCH (Memorial Hall)  Arrive from 11.30am, lunch served 12.30pm. £6 for a 2-course hot lunch, including hot drinks. Email v.l.higginsfox@btinternet.com or call 01373 812087 to book by Tuesday 7th at the latest. Dietary needs catered for – just let us know when you book. Everyone is welcome.

2025 Other Future Events
Saturday 8th November
6:30pm for 7:00pm start

“LAST WEDNESDAY” (St Giles Church) Last Wednesday are a choral group based in London, singing a mix of early and contemporary music. The programme will take in composers from Thomas Tallis and William Byrd to John Tavener and Howard Skempton, with an emphasis on music celebrating the winter season ahead. Details of tickets are on the poster – medieval song in the medieval church, a rare opportunity!
